Banana Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie |
What you need:
5-7 fresh bananas (raw or frozen)
8 fresh strawberries
2 table spoons fresh or frozen blueberries
water
How it goes:
- Peel the bananas and cut to big chunks
- Blend half the amount of bananas with some water (water amount according to your own flavor, it can start with 2-3 table spoons for a thick smoothie, and up to half a cup of water)
- Cut the strawberries to halves and place some of them in the inside of your jar, facing out (just like in the photo above)
- Pour the blended banana mixture into your jar until you reach the middle of the jar height
- Add the rest of the bananas to the blender, together with some more water (pour in more water than before so this mixture will be lighter and won’t sink to the bottom of the jar as we want to create 2 layers)
- Add in some blueberries (about 1 table spoon) to the blender, and blend
- Pour the purple mixture into the jar
- Add some fruit toppings – sliced banana, strawberry halves, blueberries
- You can also add chia seeds, grind flex seeds and goji berries
Add your fruit toppings and enjoy! |
Enjoy!

The perfect breakfast meal. I have been looking for a smoothie recipe every since I have this urge to get back to my original shape. Do try some honey on it as well. Would give a sweet flavor.
